Did you get the wrong size and want to change it?
Once your order has been validated we can no longer modify it.
We invite you to place a new order for the item in the desired size and to return the item that is too small/large upon receipt of your package.

Do you want to change the delivery address?

Once your order has been validated we can no longer change the delivery address.

Would you like to add an item to your order?

Once your order has been validated, we can no longer modify the quantities ordered.
We welcome you to place a new order for the additional items

Do you want to change the code of your promotional coupon?

Once your order has been validated we can no longer modify the promotional code.
The promotional codes sent to you are valid for several days, which allows you to take advantage of them for your next order.

I have not received an order confirmation!

It happens that your order confirmation is sent the day after your purchases.

If you do not receive confirmation within 48 hours or if your order is not listed in your customer area, we invite you to contact us by email: contact@mimoons.fr .

How do I obtain the invoice for my order?

For ecological reasons, Mimoon's does not include an invoice in its packages.

As soon as your package is shipped, your invoice will be sent to you by email.

How do I get my refund?

We will reimburse you within 3 to 15 days maximum if the products are returned to us in accordance with our instructions. Terms of Sales.

I don't see the discount on free delivery costs for all orders in France over 75 euros?

You can see the colissimo but the price is not displayed, so you can validate your order.

Exchanges and returns

Can I exchange an item?

Mimoon's does not do exchanges. We invite you to return the item(s) for which we will reimburse you. We offer you the delivery costs in order to place a new replacement order.

Personalized items cannot be returned, exchanged or refunded. Check spell the text carefully before confirming your order.

I did not receive the correct items?

We are sorry for this order preparation error. We invite you to return the items to us. After receiving your item, we will issue your refund.

I received a broken item?

The damaged/broken item is a decorative accessory:
We are sorry that your item was damaged in transit
We invite you to contact our customer service in order to replace it: contact@mimoons.fr

How to return an item ?

You have 30 days to return your item to us.
If you wish to return items to us, please enclose the delivery note received in your package.
All items delivered can be returned, except those that have been personalized at your request.
The items must not have been worn, washed or damaged and must be returned intact in their original packaging with the label, and any accessories, user manuals and documentation.
