Our servers are not configured to collect personal information about site visitors other than the following technical data: origin of connections (access provider), IP address, type and version of browser used. Under no circumstances do we collect visitors' email addresses without them deliberately providing it to us.

Mimoon's uses your personal data only for communication purposes with you.
Your personal data is not kept in a file (database, Excel file or other) but only in our messaging software allowing exchanges following your contact request. Emails containing your personal data are kept for a maximum of 1 year, from the date of the last email exchanged, then deleted.

Mimoon’s may also use your data in order to comply with its legal obligations (including anti-fraud laws, money laundering laws and provisions concerning late or non-payment by the subscriber) and/or to respond at the requests of public and governmental authorities.
